Fort Harrison
Reuse Authority

Landscape

The Fort Harrison Reuse Authority (FHRA) was established in 1995 to support the integration of a closed military base into the fabric of the local community. After more than two decades and tremendous success, it was time to lay the groundwork for the final phase of integration—including finding tenants/buyers for the last five parcels, supporting the extension of a bus line and continuing to promote new housing stock. Links’ experience working with development and municipal organizations was a great resource as FHRA sought to simplify and visualize its story.
